The signature pages are just that. They are set up like the autograph pages of a book. If you would like your signature included, please sign your signature ONLY. We would like to conserve space so please be mindful of not skipping pages just to get to the top of another page or making obnoxious gaps to stand out. Only move to the next page if the latest page is complete.
